Looks like from what I am reading that the MGM will probably be OK as usual if I keep my eyes open. The stroll down to Mandalay Bay has always worked in the past. Sometimes, I never had to go any further than NY-NY.

This upcoming trip should be fun. Fly out to Atlanta on Sat. morning. Layover there and take in the SEC championship game then fly off to Vegas on Sunday morning. Drag my tired ass home on Friday and then take the rest of the year to recover!

You know, that's something I've always pondered. While you CAN knock down the price a bit, it also takes a bit of an emotional toll on the CG. After all, she's there for the money. While she may agree to a lower price after you've negotiated down, her mind may be thinking (I'll just get him to pop real fast and split).

Maybe by agreeing to her price, she didn't go through that mental exercise and went with it because she got what she wanted out of the deal.

Of course, maybe I'm just full of shit and they all just want to get you off right away, but that's the joy of pondering. I can make shit up as I go. That said, I wouldn't agree to a $$$$$ price just to see if she put out better.

I think they don't expect to get the price they first ask for and if you go for it they see you as desperate or weak, drunk or just have money to blow.

I stayed at the Wynn a couple of years ago and definitely saw some incredible girls. However, the rate was $$$$ or so. That's the trade off on the higher end properties.

Sponge - I agree I wouldn't pay $$$$$. $$ is my limit for CGs. In this case I think by agreeing to her price, as I posted in my report, worked out and I don't regret it.

John Doe - As in many things it all depends. the times I've agreed to an initial, reasonable price I've NEVER been had to deal with upselling. Frankly I thnk part of that is the experience you get from 20 plus years in the hobby and the discussions you have with the girl before anything is agreed upon along with the feel you get talking with her. I'm not about to agree to $$$$ but if she offers what I feel is reasonable ($ 1/2 or $$ depending on quality) I don't waste my time trying to talk her down fifty bucks. Of course every monger to himself but that is my opinion.

OK so I'm gonna show my ignorance regarding CG. I am going to be there next month and have a few questions. I'm guessing my hotel (Hooters) is not going to have an abundace of girls. So I expect to cruise Luxor, MGM or NY NY. Does the clock start on the walk back or once in the room? Do they expect guys to be cruising from other hotels? And just what questions are acceptable?

dude i used to work in hooters, just go to the bar right in the entrance of the casino around 12am-3 you'll see alot of sw that stop there believe me no need to go to another casinos.

Clock? She stays until I pop. I'll grant you they aren't going to spend all night while you try to get your nut, but I'm not paying for a massage that takes 30 or 60 minutes. Negotiate your terms.

If you find a girl in another hotel, she'll come back to your place with you. She wants your money.

I agree with that. The last time I was in Vegas a gal solicited me at the elevator and wanted $$$$. We talked for a while and she was happy with 2 Ben Franklins. They all have a wish but most of them see reality. Also we are in a recession and I remind them of that.

I have seen come girls at HOOTERS.

Nothing like the amout of girls at other places but they are there.

I used to visit LV regularly but haven't been able to get there in several months. I am weighing players club offers from a few casinos and am curious as to which are better from a CG perspective. I am trying to decide between MGM Grand, Mirage and TI. I have seen a number of comments indicating that the MGM on the south end would be good, but have seen little info about the center strip area in general, Mirage or TI in particular.

Any intel on these locations would be appreciated if anyone can share whether they are active and if so what areas are good to check out.

From the MGM, you can easily check out NYNY and Excalibur. Also try MB, Planet Hollywood, and the Flamingo.

It's less consistent up the road.

I got to the Bellagio around midnight last week. After a long flight, I took a shower and walked down stairs. I seen a CG just walking around. So, I smile and put 5 dollars in the slots.
