Can you pick them up and as long as you go indoors to the deed, you're okay ? If that's the case, maybe you also have to do the negotiating indoors? Or is the simple act of letting a "streetwalker" in the car a crime, period ?

I could be wrong as i'm not from the state, but my understanding has always been that there is no loophole for streetwalking and it is clearly illegal. If you get caught picking up a streetwalker you will get in trouble.

Read back and you will find a case where a court ruled that a streetwalker was streetwalking on the basis of condom possession. Cops and judges don't seem to cut much slack for streetwalkers and johns brazen and stupid enough to get caught.

Yes, street walking and operating a brothel are both illegal. Massage parlors which are generating income from service's are also illegal if the parlor is collecting a house fee for the service. The loophole seems to be that the massage parlors operate like a hotel with the providers operating independent of the parlor. The house cannot take or make money from the provider.
My interpretation is that streetwalking/soliciting is illegal. (soliciting) We can be popped for that, Doing the deed in a vehicle is illegal (exhibitionism/lude behavior) while doing the deed for $ behind closed doors is not so if you are smart/lucky enough to make a pick up on the street without any hassle and get behind closed doors and you will be all set and that does not mean closed car doors There is an advantage to having a regular with digits

First some observations.
Atwells - I must have gone to the wrong spot as I ended up in bar town usa with traffic moving at about 1MPH, i'll pass on this area
Valley and near - Saw one good looker, never saw anything else
Cranston - Saw the same girl off and on everytime I drove by, plus a lot of LE activity
Elm - First I must say I love the kinked asphalt in places, kinda like a makeshift speedbump, I learned real quick to pay attention to the road as well as the people walking.
I seemed to see the most sws on elm and surrounding streets. The quality varied immensly, as well as spotting the occasional tvts...no thanks.
Make a long story short, picked up a 22yo dominican sw on Elm, sorry I can't remember her name(Blond, nice tits, no sag). Thought I missed her as three cars pulled off first, but she said she seen me turn around and wanted me. Damn, me so sexy!!, lol.
Do the cop check and off to the hotel we go. A word of advice, don't listen to her directions as my 10min drive turned into 30. Very nice girl though, didn't seem strung out and could carry a normal conversation.
Get to the hotel, hang out and chat for abit then off come the clothes and we hit the king size bed. Start off with a pretty bad CBJ, but she did look hot as hell with me in her mouth. Missionary, cowgirl, back to missionary then COF finish.
All in all a great first experience in your city.

Guys, yes i know Pawt is not Prov. but we don't have a Pawt. thread and they're close enough for me to stroll either one or both when I want to.
Late last night (just after midnight) I saw a VERY nice hsw on Broadway at Central. Right by the carwash and by the time she had moved to the packy she already had three (3) different guys try to scoop her. I missed out as well but she was very nice looking. Appeared to be in her late 20's or early 30's, cut face, very nice body, a sweet ass and the usual long black hair. I'll be checking the area again when i can hoping for another shot at her.
Also I have seen a different hsw on Pine st several times in the last week. She has always been either on Pine or very close to it (like near the meat market) and the times were all about 11pm or so. She looks like she's in her late teens/early 20's gorgeous face and very nice body with tight jeans.
She only carries a cell phone, walks slowly in area by herself late at night AND gives the look BUT this one set's off my 'spidey sense" as being TGTBT and i'm hoping someone else has been able to verify if she's legit. I do have a friend that works nights at the intake center and he happened to be bitching about the number of guys he has to process at night from all the stings lately.
I'd rather miss out on something very nice than have my life turned around from a bust and I do have a lot of respect for LEO and their abilities when they want to put the time and effort into it. They're NOT stupid and i'd rather be safe then sorry.
BTW there were also several others working the area around Walgreens too but just not my type at all. One was an older(60+) lady and the other was young enough, nice looking too but spaced out and walking with a limp. If anyone can pass on some info on a HOT hsw I'd very much appreciate it. Tks

Just got home from a quick run down the usual streets and while I did see several sw's there wasn't anything even worth a second look yet alone a scoop. Will try again either tonight or early tomorrow. Luck to all and play safe.
I had time to kill yesterday around 2-3 pm. No traffic on elmwood,cranston, valley, manton etc. City could have saved money by turning off the traffic lights. I mean there was absolutely no traffic or people around. What happened? The high temps? Not even a free car wash when the kids open a hydrant. Nothing.

I've rode so many streets, it is possible my mongerdar doesn't work well, or that I am not hitting the streets at reasonable times.
The posts are accurate regarding money for fun.
Once I made the mistake of offering the intake lady at ONE the house fee. "Oooo. No no no. Gib to girlee."
So you have to give it to the masseuse, not the house.
As a side note, my best fun at ONE has been with a petite spinner with short hair. Forgot her name, but she is happy and bubbly. Kind of a funny face but adorable bod with real guns, soft and full. Said she is from LA and will be going on vaca soon.

Both have been slow in the warmer weather. I mostly go through between 12 and 4 pm while working in the area.
The big girl on Elmwood is probably Mariah I have seen her there lately with her pet handler close by. She must have been thrown off of Broad St where she had been hanging for a while.She does give a very good BBBJCIM and swallows for .2 and her handler does her business on the phone if you get her digits which I had but deleted after finding others out there.
Best I have found lately is Laura over on Cranston she says she works sometimes at Caddie but walks for extra cash.
She is a cute blond not out that often acccording to her and I havent seen her much.
I found her late afternoon and early evening she offers anything .2 for BBBJ and .4 for fs.
Cruised Elmwood, Reservoir, Broadway, Broad and Cranston st's last night between 10pm and 11:30.
Reservoir saw 1, really twitchy and scummy looking skinny as hell BSW, gave me the look, didn't stop. She kept looking into her purse, which was a bad sign to me.
First pass on Elmwood there were 2 Leos doing a drug stop at one location and 3 Leos at a domestic AND another one filling up at city gas. As you would assume, there was almost zero sw activity: just an older HSW who really didn't interest me.
Second pass there was a much older WSW stepping out (pictured in thread somewhere), a well dolled up buxom HSW who seemed just a little too eager and a drop dead amazing blonde that got picked by a motorcycle bound monger (hence referred to as the mongercycler), my arch nemesis, who I have seen pickup SW's on me a few times...I think we cruise the same areas at the same times. Usually he gets ahold of the best of batch, leaving my dumbass with very slim pickings. I mean the blonde was a 10 on a SW scale, and easily an 8 in the strip club scale.
Also on the second pass the older HSW was arguing with what seemed to be a BSW who was easily 6ft+ and what looked to be her handler. It was pretty amusing.
Also, there seemed to be 2-3 18/19 y/o WSW/ASW's hanging out across from city gas. They were hanging out with some little punk on a bicycle, so idk. They seemed pretty cute, has anyone partaken? They were giving the look and were in the right area, but since they were hanging out as a pack, I was very suspicious.
I ended up packing it in for the night and took the night as a scouting report / retraining session.
Took a ride up Elmwood. Only saw one possible larger BSW. Near Walgreens.
Other than that, quiet.
