Cincinnati's hobbying status
This is a very true statement--I travel for work so I am all over the place. For the size of the city and the number of quality providers at the price point around here has is no equal. Maybe Dallas or Houston. Those places are EPIC. But Cincy is def a gem! Unfortunately, When a traveling lady comes into town, her doubled (or tripled) price point is a tough sell even tho the service is much better due to the customer service intangibles!!
I'm celebrating my first anniversary in the hobby, and over the first 8 months I got increasingly depressed because the girls on p4 and the indypendent site kept cancelling and slamming Cincy. Then I got moving with USA and found that the exact opposite was true. This was confirmed when I met with Ella Mae recently, who said that Cincinnati is such an awesome hobbying town. The truth is, USA is fantastic and is a big part of why Cincinnati is in fact a great place to live for hobbyists, IMO. However it is true that many traveling ladies and agencies will cancel coming to Cincinnati, which really sucks. And as I mentioned in an earlier post, I'm lamenting the loss of Flawless because they were one of the most dependable agencies regularly stopping through town, and if you like Latinas a lot it really is a major hit to the hobbying scene. .
Meetups. What's the deal?
I was glad to see the response about having monger meetups! I had my first-ever hobbyist meeting recently with Raj Reddy. We had a great time knocking back beers and sharing stories. I look forward to doing more monger meetings soon. Please PM me if you're interested.

Thanks YUM69 for initiating the conversation. It was definately fun. Any other mongers willing to meetup. Would be great.
Hi. Can someone explain the appeal of meeting other mongers in person? I did it once years ago and wasn't impressed, and no value. Especially since most busts lately seem to come from these off-site meet-ups. Just curious, what's the big draw? I mean, if you guys are lonely, go buy some pussy! lol
Moved to this thread just in case it goes off the rails.
