I side with the supply and demand side: When you're supporting providers whose rates are higher than the market you're raising the bar on rates for the market. This is great for providers but sucks for us hobbyists.

As far as those who choose that route, patronizing the higher end of the market, PLEASE don't be whining about how high rates are since you're part of the problem.
