I am going to venture to guess that most every provider LOVES a repeat client. We don't want 50 new clients, we want satisfied clients who return to us (for obvious reasons). I dislike that Hailey or any of us have to lose a client over something easily fixable. If you hadn't liked her,"looks" or there was "no chemistry" or her "skills were lacking" then that is something that I am quite sure can't be made right, but I would really like to see you guys communicate more with us what you expect. I will add here that if you see a provider for the first time (even if she isn't new to the industry) if you like her, but weren't totally happy with her, to give her another try. Oftentimes, the first session for any of us who don't know each other is a "feeling the person out" type of session so to speak. I am usually always nervous with a new client, but once I have had an hour with him and he returns the session is IMO much more natural and relaxed.
Back to the "talking situation", what I normally do is spend the first five or ten minutes talking to my client. If he is a repeat client, I love to "catch up" with him, before I give him his "peace and quiet" if I know that is what he likes. If he is a new client I like to acclimate with him, but I also like to get a feel for whether he feels like talking or not talking. I pay attention to how he responds to my questions. If I get short answers or he says something like,"sorry, I'm not talking much, but I'm just really tired today" then that is a good way for me to get the,"clue". If he asks ME questions once I stop talking then I get the impression he may be looking for more of a social situation. After my "intro" talking, I usually say,"sorry, I'm talking so much, but "I wanted to catch up" or "I want to get to know you a little bit first" I then say, I'll be quiet now so you can relax. He usually doesn't answer me and just smiles and closes his eyes or he says,"no it's okay, I like to talk". So there is my sign. I don't know the answers, but this is just some thoughts to hopefully make this minor issue more fitting for clients.[/QUOTE]

You've always posted questions to me and about me publically when you know how to PM me. I've addressed this with you before as has even a senior on here. Actually, a question you asked publically about me a year ago this very month was what prompted me to create this handle in the first place. In closing, if you honestly look at 'your purpose' for means of communicating with me publically in this manner then you wil have your answer as to,"why I never return your calls."
