The ad is somewhat ambiguous, not necessarily intentionally but just something she didn't think about too carefully.

Having said that, the ad does raise red flags, especially considering she's only claiming to be in town a couple of days. I make it a point never to patronize any provider who claims she's just in town for a short while. If true, she's got no reason to care about the level of service she's providing since there's probably no repeat customers.
