First of all, anyone out there is unpredictable.

Most of them are on drugs, and a lot of times you'll see them in the middle of a hard core drug binge. You've seen the "meth dance". For the guy goons that get drugged out, they may get violent. That could mean trashing your car, throwing a rock, jumping on your car, or any erratic behavior.
