OK!! The amount of roses for the quality personnel is out of control! There are few if any that are quality enough to ask for over 200 roses! Anyone else have thoughts.

Everything from age, looks, race, location, and attitude affects how much value you put into seeing one lady over another.
First relative to your post, how much time are you talking at 200+, qv? Hhr? HR? Or more? I have seen ladies post in town ranging that price point at all those times. But for now I will assume it is for the HR. In that case I think you will be hard pressed to find any ladies that take less than that for HR and you will see the quality is all over the place. Sometimes you find gems and it is more likely you will find so-so options and plenty that are just plain bad. My stance in this case is I pretty much never do an HR, especially not on first visits. You never know how things will go and the last thing you want to be stuck with is a 20 min session and being booted out. Usually I always start with a qv or hhr depending on how comfortable I feel with their donation, post history, pictures, and any reviews. If the session is bad or so-so I don't feel so bad about the donation but if it is good then I have better sense of the lady to evaluate whether I would need or want more time with them the next time.
Now when it comes to ladies asking for 200+ or more for hhr or HR sessions then Reviews are an absolute must. If looking at Tryst and some of the traveling ladies you are going way over the top of the 200 mark to spend time with them and they certainly bring some better service and looks than 90% of the local ladies but for your needs and what most of us are looking for, you have to really question if they are worth 2 or 3 times more than maybe a local regular. I have tried the traveling ladies before and had a great time but admit I was left feeling I could have seen one of my regulars 3 or 4 times for the same donation and depending on the regular fewer rules.
So ultimately to answer your question most of the ladies out there aren't worth that amount but the only way to find the ones that are is to test the waters and build some comparative options and values.

Value and quality are ALWAYS in the eye of the beholder! If a certain body type or menu is your preference, then you've found your regular. The same provider might not even make someone else's radar. I once did six big ones for a traveling lady. It's was a seldom done treat for me! LOL But she took me to the moon and back! Made me feel 18 again. But I also have a regular that I have seen for years. She talks to me, askes about my life and at least acts like she is glad to see me. We know what to expect of each other. Was the Ferrari better than the Chevrolet? To me, no! But am I willing to go a little higher for a reg that's usually always available, does a good job for me and I can trust. (as much as you can trust any of them). Yup! Like Biggie said, sometimes you just have to put in the time and effort to find a good one!

Will I say that most of the chicks are worth more than 200 roses when it comes to QV and HHR appointments? Absolutely not in my personal opinion. 200 for HR appointments is actually not bad at all tbh. However, I've found that most of the chicks unless with an agency or something are not even worth spending that much time with to begin with when it comes to HR appointments. Some are really cool that you can vibe with and chat with, but most don't have any type of personal communication skillsets to be interesting. There are a few gems out there that I honestly sometimes just have fun sitting and chatting with without even doing the deed that have great conversation but that is also very very few of them. Also, I would definitely pay more of a premium to a chick that just had okay looks but could suck peanut butter through a straw and actually gives great service over someone that most would consider a 10 but she is literally DOA when it comes to the deed. Like a previous post said, it's definitely in the eye of the beholder and everything to begin with. I guess it also depends on what someone considers to be quality personnel as well though. I like them of all shapes and sizes, just depends on my personal preferences and what I am in the mood for at that point and time, but if a chick is what I'm looking for and has absolutely no skills and her services is terrible then my judgement of quality for her is going to be WAY down. Taken the plunge on some that have had no reviews that were 200 for the HR and just been extremely disappointed. I will say when the higher donation amounts are set that reviews definitely are vital however, but sometimes TOFTT just needs to be done by a lot of us to experience for ourselves really. I've even read good reviews on some chicks and seen them myself and not been impressed in the slightest bit or had a great time with some chicks that had bad reviews. I think for most of us we all know it's completely a gamble in this game, especially since we all have different taste and definitely know that YMMV. For the most part though, I will say in the Fort Wayne area, I have not come across any chick that is worth more than 200 for the HR though and that's just my personal opinion, but hey, others may have a difference of opinion in that matter.

When you finally have at least 1 if not a few regulars that you see that know you, know what you like, are reliable, and always available putting you first on the list and then they move or either quit the hobby in general. Those are when the sad days come LOL. After that, it's like back to the drawing board of going through all the BS again to find more gems to call regulars LOL.

Different hotel but very close to the normal on challenger. It was good. Nothing amazing but not bad.
