Let's see, raids are conducted by Immigration doing green card checks, LC to see if the ladies are drinking alcohol, and probably the Health Department (on rare occasions for food prep violations). Drugs, I would assume, are handled by DEA. Upside is that "play" enforcement by hpd is generally limited to sting operations where the undercover stinger nails a girl for solicitation. Kind of hard for an undercover female officer to work a room cause all the other girls would "bust" her. It would appear the safest play zones would be bars and AMPs with streets being the most dangerous followed closely or tied with backpage-like ads.

I agree about the old EG. Count me in as one losers that could even get play there from some of the girls. Back booths near the Kap side door or, of course, the rooms. One of my favorite tests of the girls is to let them choose the booth we'll be sitting at. If they lead to a "public" booth, I know that play will be difficult and thus I will probably be moving on. If they lead to a more "private" booth, well, let the games begin. It's just to get an advance read on the KBG is all.

And speaking of Kalihi, went to 904, Canal Bar, and Vegas late Friday. Dull and dead at all.

With all the younger gen and minors drinking and getting into accidents why don't they check the clubs, rest. And liquior stores! At KB all of us are of age just trying to relax and enjoy the night. I think they are trying to do what the LC inspectors did, get some pay off Kala. Well we do have a FED prison now and why can join the other LC guys that had reservations there. LOL

As for my post, I stand by most of what I said. I didn't know about all the raids that have been conducted, I guess because I'm lucky enough to have avoided them. I don't frequent bars on a daily basis, which lessens my risk level. I hope no bros were arrested. That said, it doesn't sound like the LE action was too bad, since most of places listed are still open. I know that the law isn't written in a way that incites loss of business license, but some of these places aren't up to date on their licenses anyway. Just hope that nobody gets in trouble, end of story.

I took Kapa's comment out of context, but agree with the statement, nonetheless. Most KBGs will play. You just have to run a good game and negotiate a decent price. I've said before that I won't shell out more than $ at a bar. If I'm not getting play after one drink, I'm gone. Or the girl is gone. I make my intentions clear from the get go, but I also try to get to know the girl. It probably helps that I can steer the conversation around to nice toys to which I have access. Busting out pictures of nice apartments, cars, houses, and so on certainly assists the cause. But I'm stingy. Overly parsimonious. Miserly, even.

FMs are filled with good intel, especially about how to run one's game and to whom one should devote their attention. FMs are also where I learned about pinching pennies, though, and about people getting more play for less than I pay, and even free play. Maybe that was all BS that folks were spinning. If so, no harm, no foul. But I take an AMP mentality into the bars. I'm looking for efficiency. Maximum play for minimum cost. And most of the time, I strike out because I'm unwilling to go above my set rates, though I'm perfectly willing to be a repeat and loyal customer if the price is right. Even I have an LVB streak.

Finally, I take FMers' or board members' word over any BG. As I said, a Casino KBG recently told me that she doesn't play, after my friend and I watched her play. Some of the playgirls I've been alerted to at FMs have told me flat out,"I don't do that." Some of the non-playgirls, the stay-away girls (SAGs, I'll call them) that I've heard about have been definite players, at both KBs and VBs, like Kim from Red Rose. It's super hit and miss, in my opinion, and always YMMV. I know that's an AMP mentality, where no one monger expects the same level of service as his predecessors, or shouldn't. And yeah, I have some secret gimmicks to help myself out. I assume that we all do. But KBGs, VBGs, and AMP providers all tell stories, lie about what they do, who they've been with, and more. To use another Casino example, there is a girl there who has told people that she's been in Hawaii for two, four, or six years, or just arrived. Doesn't play, she says. Except that several people have told me about their experiences with her, which far exceed my own in some cases. What's true? Her stories or the fellas'? For me, I side with the bros, but it doesn't really matter. For the most part, you can walk into a place and figure out who plays by observing the action long enough. At least, you can observe enough to make a good start, which would only be enhanced by attending an FM and sharing info. Then, you give it a shot and see what happens. Learn your limits and hope for the best.

Anyway, I'm just rambling, explaining the reasoning behind my post. Hope it makes some sense, one forum loser to another. On a totally different note, I need to start taking pictures of the bars that I'm in, just so we have some color on this board beyond. I'll blur out any monger faces I see. Unless you guys went all Ansel Adams at the bars, tonight!

Butterfly had a decent crowd but the KBG weren't busy. Most of the KBG sat together at booths by front door or by the karaoke machine. ROB Lilly was jumping from table to table trying to get someone to buy her a drink, but she had no takers. FM regulars met up at Casino. Jehuty, how come you never come out tonight? Most KBGs were busy with customers. One LVB gave his DKBG a roll of paper towels, so that's the trick to get KBG, bring them little gifts. DKBG then put paper towels into bag of stuff that she got from her other LVBs. Guess she's all set for the week, no need to go Don Quijote. M&M's and Vaps, we going bring the next NFM to you guys in Kalihi.

I heard that too. Seems all girls there are over 50 and a couple are over 60. Nighttime I understand can be a little wild. I've been there a few times in the day but only two girls. The bartender, Nani, seems to be very friendly. She said she used to own Hilltop in Kalihi. I don't think she plays, though, but man can she drink. I would recommend evenings there after 8.

Had a sober FM the whole night, only green tea and O'douls. Never again, I realized how important beer goggles and liquid courage are in Korean Bars. Not sure how guys an only drink green tea or O'douls. I was attentive enough where I could plagiarize word for word BE and Oldee's long "presidential debate" on "spending". Almost sounded like a rail debate and I hate politics. As far actual FM BG reporting goes, nothing much. There was that cute new girl Hetti at Ellie's with the one-wing angel tattoo, too bad she doesn't understand English. I give her looks an 8 with my sober eyes. Girl at Casino had a big shark bite scar on her ass, battle scars?

She looked better back then, now she's in permanent halloween witch costume all year round. She's so sickly looking now, unless you guy out there are into necrophilia. LOL[/QUOTE]The same thing happened at Cheers, LC came in did the usual time card and license checks. They also lingered around for about 45 minutes to an hour inside the bar and in the parking lot. I heard they were looking for some KBG that went AWOL.

Hey, new to the forums. Looking for some good kbars to visit during the day / early evening. Places that have good / decent food and the girls aren't too old (preferable 20s / 30s) don't know if any of the places offer that during the day.
