The format is to charge a flat fee and let the masseuse / masseur work for their tip. Just as if you were at a restaurant. The waitress is good you tip well, if her service is below industry standards. Well you know where I'm going. Especially in Louisville, they charge you a room fee and then hit you up with extras.
