Since I don't use BP, I have not run into the fake photo problem. But I can see that it would be very irritating. My point was that I would rather post a lady's face than have to blur it or crop it out. But if I am faced with the choice of not showing the face in a photo versus not posting anything at all, I am going to post without the face. Because girls often easily-searched profiles at those other sites, it is pretty easy to get info on them and it makes it easier for a bad review like this to haunt her when trying to do business in other cities.
