Many long term guests at this place, and definitely a little sketch from knowing where it's located. There's also Bel Aire and another on NW Highway in Palatine that rumor has have done it. One other to potentially try is Des Plaines Motel on Rand and like Golf (Des Plaines area).
I've not used any of them, but they seem to fit the "type" and are known to have had miscellaneous providers staying there.
