Last week I was on my way to Philly and on my way back I decided to drive by the Candem Stroll along Broadway, I took a drive from where it starts down by the highway all the way to the court house I believe at first all I found where all strung out. Until I saw a WSW by the bank, her name Stephanie and descent looking. Jumped into my car and off we went. Spend 40 roses for a half an half. Here are some pics I managed to take.
I wouldn't say I'm a regular to the Camden stroll, but if my schedule serves me right, I find myself in the area maybe once or twice a month. It's never on the same day of the week, and it's usually at night, but I have to say that I don't often see the same ladies out. There are only a couple I'd say that I've seen on more than 2 outings, but you got to hand it to that area for the variety, whether or not the numbers are up or down.
That being said, now that I had seen firsthand that activity had picked up, I couldn't keep myself away for more than a couple weeks. This time, I saw a few new faces initially, but none I was willing to take the plunge on. Finally, my "Cinderella pumpkin time" is approaching, but then I come around and see a blonde WSW with a bubble booty, alone on one of the more popular corners, and she enthusiastically hops in. Her face leaves something to be desired, buy I want to bury myself in that booty. She offers her friend's place nearby as a date spot, though I normally prefer to just chill in the car. I decide, what the hell. It's been awhile since I took that kind of risk. At SW rates, if I need to, I can just cut my losses and skedaddle. We pull up, and immediately there is a conflict with the next door neighbor, who has beef with my date. We go in, get all "settled" in a room, and apparently the neighbor is still raising angry hell. The guy who lives at the place we're in says I should move my car, and to tell anybody who asks that I'm his friend. Then I thought I heard the neighbor saying something about calling the cops. At that, I've decided it's time to go, and I moved my car right down the road and didn't stop. I was out. 6 , which is chump change compared to the times a younger wilder me was ripped off in Vegas. I don't recall her name, as I think I'm already blocking out that experience mentally! YMMV.
Now, my adrenaline has spiked, and I've done a few loops and zig zags, and I'm about to head home. Of course, on the way out, I do one more sweep of the stroll, and I see her. Or, at least. I think it's her. My heart, and my little man, wanted so badly for it to be Phoenix. She had the spinner build, that big toothed smile, that obvious warmth in her eyes. She gets in and introduces herself as Kristy. I had to do a double take, because she acted so familiar. Oh well. She gives me a sweet kiss and holds my hand tight, and then I'm calm. She's a total sweetie, and just what the doctor ordered after the previous snafu. She knows a great spot, and we hop in the back for a good time. She seemed to want to rush, but I tried to take my time. It didn't matter, as the adrenaline from before had me making my deposit early. She was still a gem from beginning to end, and the type of personality I love in a SW. No digits though, and, based on my luck with variety, I may never see her again, but I tried to make this time as worthwhile as any! Happy hunting!
Broadway was my first experience with a SW so it will always hold a nostalgic place in my mongering heart. It's change mightily over the years but it appears to be a cockroach of prostitution, you can never kill it.
Now that my business appointments are coming back, it gets me back behind the wheel and curiosity does more than kills a cat, it compels me to check out the old haunts. This will not be an exciting post because I was on my way to my business appt and only had time for a quick drive down the length of Broadway to see if Covid still has its grips on the trade.
My count; about 5 or 6 of the walking zombie variety, so drugged out or unkempt that you can't even give them a second glance. Another 3 that rises to the "barely acceptable" SW's that you might consider if you really needed headache relief and a threw in towel on driving around in favor of unloading a week's worth of pecker snot down her hatch. But the Princess of the Ball was a SW that I saw on a corner further down (closer to Cooper Hospital) that had on clean clothes, brunette, cute (about a 6 or 7 on the SW scale) and gave me the smile and a discreet wave of the hand. I would have picked her up in a heart beat if I had the time.
This was in the late afternoon so only the most hardcore of Mongers takes these chances, I will be back at a more leisurely time but its good to know Covid has taken its best shot and Broadway's meat market is still standing.

However, one thing I learned in many years is, from AC to near Camden, there are many towns where girls are out there looking for some cash, willing to do just about anything.
