I have contacted many peoviders who are asking for more, but when I tell them my max, many do come down to that rate. 150 beats the Hell out of nothing. A big reason this forum exists is to share info and IMHO it exists to keep the rates within reason.

Looks sketchy on the outside but it's cheap, clean, and I've never had an issue.

It's definitely cheap and does feel safe, the cockroaches are small and the ones that don't scurry when the lights come on, seem to chill in the fluorescent lights and mind their own business. If I can nitpick a little, the shitter is placed in a horrible location that makes a pregame shit near impossible if you're a size 36 or up ass. All in all it's better than fucking in a deawoo or a Prius for the greener mongers out there. I've also read that it's way better than The Sands.

I don't blame anyone for trying to get as much as they can for a service. But I DO blame us (me included) for overpaying and contributing to the recent price escalation.
