Mornings have more reliable traffic, just try to be 10-20 minutes early. Late night isn't bad, but you must pre-book or else some girls close early if they aren't expecting someone already. Yes, a 90min drive is really a stretch. If you must, try to get the earliest appointment or go weekend - book well ahead.
