Now I tend to do after 9 pm these days. 3 am to 6 am are good times in the cic /5th area.

Please do not ever ever pull over on a main street and try to engage a SW. Go to the next side street and park somewhere where she can see you.
Also do not ever pull a you-turn either. There is a list of "rules" and advice you should follow way back in this forum somewhere. Essentially they are centered around not drawing unnecessary attention to yourself when out cruising and keeping you safe.

I did my first Chicago stroll (only other time was in Dallas) it was around 7-715 this evening and made eye contact with a slender blond at the gas station. I drove down the road just to familiarize myself and turned back around only to see her again. She definitely acknowledged the 2nd look and as I was in the left turn lane, she started walking in that direction. I was going to a side street but there was no parking and I felt a little weird. I took one more lap and she looked at me with the WTF look and I tried turning down another road and that didn't. Figured it wasn't the right time. I know there have been questions whether or not the girls are still out and where. I can only speak to my own sightings. I went out during the day last Wednesday. I did not hit all areas. But what I saw was the biggest collection I have seen in a long time. I chose not to partake. I saw 6 different girls on 5th. Pulaski, between North and Division was swimming with them.
