Sometimes you would see 100/180 for hh / hr which kind of makes sense with a 20 discount. However 100/120 for hh / hr is basically telling you nobody has a business to keep you around an hour for 120 when they can have two hh customers for 2 x 100 during the same time. In reality, as you experienced, they probably process up to 4 customers per hour making anywhere between 400 to 480.

The bottom line is, just go for hh option and be firm about it. If they try to scam those extra 20 you tell them to bring in the supervisor. However to me it's an early indication of rushed session and overall dishonesty and I would probably leave at this point.
