Although I haven't been there in years, all of the providers I experienced at her place were full-service providers. Some other mongers have previously posted about receiving full-service sessions from Penny herself, but I don't know if that's currently available to all customers.

Cici said it was 100,60 for the massage, 40 for the HE, 100 total. He gave Cici 20 extra (60+20=80). Cici was not happy, but that is what he usually pays for a massage + HE. I think Cici would have been happy with 120.
