Not easy to find anyplace during the day where you have enough privacy for that, much easier late night. Uncle LEO is easy to spot and avoid. But you never know when some citizen is going to see you, and make a call. Much less chance of that late night than during the day.

Sure, during the day if you're that quick, even if they see you and call, by the time Uncle LEO arrives to investigate, you're gone. But I just can't enjoy quickies like that, and if I'm not enjoying it, then I'm not wasting money on it. I do sometimes do some scouting during the day though, and will make arrangements to meet up later. Some girls are better at that than others.
