In early '97 I had to stop by a building with a space adjacent to an AMP. The new tenant was to take over the AMP space in addition to the vacant space, so I had to "do what I do" by going in the AMP space. I saw all of the girls sitting on the front room couch in nighties. THAT is what did it to me. I mean it was like a switch in my head was flipped. One minute I had never been to nor desired an AMP visit. The next minute, I was hooked (without even having gone to the initial visit. Just the concept hooked me!)

Not for a while, since they started doing all the construction and parking became a hassle I've been going to other places.

Does anyone know of any providers who "crack" the middle part of your back as part of their session?
I know you can crack the bottom part of your back by twisting your torso, and your neck is pretty easy too. But for me, the hard part is the middle...I'm all wound up and it sucks, I used to have a friend who could lift me up (he stood behind me) and grabbed my elbows as I clasped them behind my head.
Or, if anyone could offer some insight how to do it to yourself??? would be appreciated.
IMHO, I'd rather have some young sexy thing (who knows what she is doing) crack my back, doesn't matter if there is HE or not.

H[/QUOTE]I read somewhere that you need someone to assist you. You will need to lay on your stomach and have someone press on your back while you exhale. While you exhale your back should crack. But some people cannot give enough pressure so maybe you will need to find someone light enough to use their feet.
When i used to go to my Chiro. He did my mid back for me due to some problems I was having in my back. But he did not recommend cracking my to often back. He said if it is done wrong it can cause some problems. Also in the long run cracking your back to much will not be to good for you.
I would recommend for your safety see a chiro.
Ps. I second that about Jean's neck cracking. Because I had injuries from a car accident my neck if kind of fragile now.

Couldn't see paying a $.5 for the "deluxe service", so I had to make my best attempt to mitigate my damages. My theory was the money I saved could be used at an AMP later in the evening should the need arise.
Bottom line is stay away from this drag queen look alike. There are other providers out there that provide better service and cost a lot less.

She's one of my ATF. Last time I saw her was a couple of months back. When I arrived, mama was going to hook me up with another girl, she came out and said "my customer" and greeted me by name.
