Yeah um not going to find that. Lived there 20 years and never saw one. Lombard or Elgin not very likely either although I guess it's possible ypu may find a provider here or there on the riverboat in Elgin. Out of the three places you mention by far the riverboat will be your best chance but I would not expect much there either. It surely would not be a sure thing.

I've seen reports from Melrose Park and Skokie, and also in Lansing near the Indiana border. Just wanted to make sure I've not been missing something.

Waukegan.
Franklin Park / Stone Park.
Elgin.
Rockford.
I think Skokie and Evanston used to be place but not really anymore.
Some places in the south subrubs and indiana.
Waukegan is slim pickings, Elgin used to be good but no one is out there anymore, Franklin Park / Stone Park is a favorite bust site for Cook County, Rockford is dangerous-lots of thugs, thieves, and LEO.
Unless your making an appointment then the suburbs aint really worth it.
There used to be a decent stroll in Evanston when I was living there 2003-2007. Up and down Dodge, it was really concentrated around Dodge and Emerson to dodge and Dempster. I gave up driving to Roger's and would hit Dodge St instead because it seemed safer and more productive. Them 20 something bsws gave the best head I swear.
Since I left the area I've took a few long drives back over there on a whim but never scored. I'm wondering if its completely dead and too gentrified over there now or if it's just cooled off a bit.
