I've heard a lot of excuses when girls are no show, and it becomes comical how they all start to sound the same. I've had girls tell me they lost their phone, left their phone in a friend's car, the phone ran out of battery, dropped their phone and it broke, they fell asleep, and my favorite -- they got into a car accident on the way (I've heard this at least four times).
So evidently the girls we are trying to see are much more forgetful, careless, sleepy, and dangerous-behind-the-wheel than the rest of the entire population. I use my cell phone for business and have never once dropped it, cracked it, or have had it run it out of battery. I've managed all these years to stay awake when I have a meeting scheduled, and somehow I've avoided all the car wrecks on my way to meetings.
