Its possible that Milfy was referenced by the monger (now law enforcement) who flipped. Or its possible that the police were posing as Milfy (or another provider). And of they lied to Candace to deceived her.

The point is they will become whoever and say whatever to advance their cause which is finding and catching clients and service providers. Make sure every device you use is secured by a strong password. Every time you access a hobby related site and your hobby email, you should be reentering your credentials. When you go to visit a someone, make sure your devices require your password by powering them off, or resetting them, etc. If the police confiscate the electronic device, they have nothing unless you give them the key to it. You have the right to remain silent, and that includes being silent about your password (s) and credentials to sites, email, etc.

They can't promise you anything like "it will go better for you if you cooperate with us" or "we'll let you off if you help us get x". If they say this, they are lying. The prosecutor makes that call. Not the field officers.

You cannot claim entrapment if she makes the offer. So, if an arrest for prostitution will destroy your marriage / relationship or cost you your job you should not be in this hobby at any level. FYI, Milfy is a great provider, but she's a complete space case. Why she's that way may be a result of different things I suppose. If you know her, I'm guessing you'll agree with the fact that she very possibly would be the type of person to casually say "yeah, he's fine", without really thinking about who is being referenced. This doesn't excuse bad behavior, but it may help to explain it.

How do I know? I went through it. Making light of a criminal conviction seems unwise. Casting aside job / relationship damage seems very foolish as this misdemeanor with "fricking minimal" legal damage can ruin your life.

Earl is correct that simple prostitution is generally dealt with as a misdemeanor. However since there were other ladies involved but not charged, if the constable chooses to make it a felony he can write it as procuring a provider and the providing of services. The two together according to Indiana law becomes or can become a Felony and carries some stiff penalties. Indiana also has a law that says a lady caught providing can have her family, boss, and anyone they choose to inform notified and one can only guess what that would do for a lady or her client. Since the client was LE nothing for him but everything for those involved. The law has changed from the old days from a simple citation and fine to let's put down the hammer. You roll for us and we keep you safe. Otherwise if we choose, we can legally throw the book at you. That is the local law now as of 2014 or 15. Just something to think about. Think before you leap.

I didn't say that job / relationship damage are not important. I said specifically that I was speaking only to the legal issues. (The word "aside" is the important word in the sentence.) I did this to let people know that if they are stopped / arrested, they should be aware of what the end result will more than likely be.

I also went through it with others in a sting. It's two years. A simple google search will show that the law even without a plea agreement is five years. You should demand a refund from your shit-for-brains attorney

I've lived what I'm speaking about. They were not offered up in court, but in my second meeting with my attorney, this occurred:

I said specifically "unless the law has changed". In this case it has. My case was several years ago when expunging took seven years. It wasn't until 2013 that the law was revised to five years. It is not automatic. You have to petition the court to have it done. And if you do a simple google search and read the law the fact is that your record is not expunged at all. It is restricted which allows it to not be found on a criminal background check by agencies outside the law. For law enforcement agencies, prosecutors courts etc it is still there to be found. A plea agreement can indeed be entered into which can allow for a lessor time for the restriction to take effect.

I will not be needing a refund from my attorney. He did an excellent job with the laws that were in effect at the time of my case. It is a shame you are a class of person that found it necessary to make a rude inflammatory remark just because someone disagreed with what you said. When more to the fact you are too narrow minded to understand that the specifics of your case are just that, specific to your case. Times change. Laws change. If you take that course you mentioned you might come to comprehend that.

All that is known is that she verified via text on her advertised number that Uncle was safe. Nobody was in Milfy's mind at the time so did she know he was uncle? Maybe she verifies everyone as safe, maybe she was arrested and flipped, maybe uncle saw her, they had sex and / or nothing transpired during the session because he wanted a future reference and she never knew he was uncle. The only thing known is that she did verify that he was safe, the reasons behind why most likely will never be known. I tend to error on the side of caution, others may choose not to. One thing for sure, other providers should avoid her references like the plague!

I didn't realize you were talking about during a plea deal, my bad for not reading deeply. Agreed, I would follow my attorneys advice during that period.

Was Milfy Shannon the one who was one of two who gave out wrong information? Who was the CMT spoken about in earlier posts that also supposedly verified that a LE john was legitimate and can we get names and verification back channel so other fellow mongers and providers do not make the same mistakes None of us want to be fed bogus info that could lead to being compromised. No offense meant to anyone but the only one to date that has been identified as a possible maybe is Milfy and no one seems positive that I know of that she is the Milfy referred to earlier. The CMT to my knowledge has not been identified nor the client who allegedly rolled also. Back channel communications would be much appreciated for all concerned. It's now believed that the CMT was an Uncle plant for a short period of time to be a reference for Uncle, because all of her ads on the two sites she was found are now gone and a search of her digits brings up nothing. Just an update:
First, thank you IndyGuy for reaching out to me, even if you had simply drawn a blank on her. It helped in my final decision.

I reached out to her via her website and followed the instructions to the letter. She responded quickly and initially everything seemed fine. However, she did no verification. None at all. This raised a red flag for me.
We set up our meeting time and I gave her my hotel (no room number) and I told her to text me once she arrived.

Due to my concern over no verification on her part, I figured I would head down to the lobby bar and offer to meet her there when she arrived. As I normally do, I requested that she wear a specific piece of clothing so I could verify that she was the one I was communicating with. Then I went to the bar to await her arrival.

Turns out that she arrived at the hotel about 15 min. early for our appointment and, upon entering the hotel, had two male companions with her. She looks like her pictures, but definitely heavier than the pictures would have you think. She sent me a text that she had arrived and requested my room number. Then she sent the two guys to the bar. They actually sat across from me. I didn't respond right away to her room number request. So about 3 min. later she sent the request again.

I responded and asked if she had valet parked because I would be able to get the fee waived. She responded that she had simply taken an Uber and asked for my room number again. I responded by offering to meet her in the lobby and that I would need to escort her up because the hotel elevators required a room key to activate. No imnediate response from her. Instead, she comes over to the bar, says something to the guys she came in with, they both chug their beers, stand up, throw some cash on the bar, and start walking out of the hotel.

I text her again about meeting her in the lobby and her two word response was "Must Cancel". I simply responded with "OK". Not sure what I avoided, but glad I did.

No one wants to become a statistic and although MMGEG and I do not see eye to eye on some things she is "trustworthy" which is a lot more than can be said about a few others whose names have recently come to light on here. Do your due diligence and be careful who you associate with. Community safety among mongers and providers is first and foremost.

The reason why he said what he did chelli is because of the discussion him and I had during our appt. I am and I’m sure others are getting messages about wanting to make appts but not willing to be screened. These are people that have 1 post or are newbies and want to argue or lie that the text app that they sent is a verifiable phone when the screening I do, believe me will let me know. We as providers do things differently and I have been in this game for a couple years. When someone wants to be dishonest / shady I cut them off and will not move ahead with vetting. I understand how some feel a certain way about the screening process but it’s my rule and it’s clear on my ad what I need. It’s for my safety as well as theirs.

I do not think meant anything towards anyone else . I do not judge members that use SW or see certain providers.
Everyone has their own preference.

One might contact PM and ask the lady who came on the forum at allegedly her counsels agreement, and the one who got flipped on and hit with the felony what happened and who flipped on her. If she is being charged with a felony it means someone flipped and filed a deposition. Now whoever that was needs to be outed as she would be a danger to the ladies and the mongers in the community. The question would be if she did flip how was she not charged if she wasn't and why wasn't she arrested at the scene if she flipped. Always go to the source for info and if she wishes to divulge BC then you have your answer. As I have said before most of the ladies on here are quality and trustworthy but those who would turn on their sisters once would do it again to save their asses and so would guys if they did it once. JMO.

I'm too old to care what others think of me. I just don't understand why you had to make an insulting comment at all. You made a comment about Mmgeg, why couldn't you just leave it at that? Your last sentence, which I guess can be interpreted different ways, was absolutely unnecessary.

But you know as well as I do there is not any screening method that totally proves anything or provides absolute safety. Does screening decrease the odds of having a bad experience? Yep. T leaset for the provider. I just prefer to go with my gut feeling in any situation. I have been in this game longer than I care to admit and the one and only time I have ever gotten in a legal jam is when I did not listen to my gut. I broke a cardinal rule and tried to see a gal that appeared to be working but was not strolling, she was hanging on a corner. The other thing that got me burnt, before I knew better anyway, was paying upfront. A cash and dash, while much more likely with a SW you plan on seeing in your car, can happen at any level of this hobby. This board is full of cash and dash reports of all kinds. Or cash upfront then some dude showing up. Also have gotten burnt when paying upfront then getting lousy service, also many reports of this nature on this board. Every other service business is service first, then payment. So, now that is a cardinal rule I don't break, ever. I would never stiff a provider but have on many occasions upon getting half-assed service given half-assed payment. Now I don't know you, and do not know personally anyone that's met you, but by most accounts you are a trustworthy and excellent provider. I'm inclined to believe it. Thank-you for your comments and I wish you continued success in however you choose to conduct your business.

JMO.[/QUOTE]After arriving plenty early and just observing, I took the leap of faith and saw Jan this past Thursday. Let me just state upfront that all is well with her. She feels that she has been wrongly accused of flipping on Candace, but that there is a monger among us spreading that rumor for reasons she doesn't know. She does admit she was there (as was Reese) at the time Candace was busted. They were questioned and released. LE just somehow slipped through the screening process and got to Candace. In fact, Jan has reason to believe the cop saw Candace once before and didn't bust her. Anyway, that's her story and she's sticking to it.

All that aside, we had another excellent time. Fabulous GFE. She was only up north temporarily, and is only in town Tuesdays through Fridays right now. Hoping to settle in permanently somewhere south, and start advertising again on the sister site.

I should have worded it better but the person who sent me the message I wasn't going to answer since I did not know him but he was specific about mmgeg. And I was in error of not saying that and put it out without saying that. My wish is to put this to rest and say I apologize for any offense anyone took.
