If someone with covid had service and mt did not wipe well, I will touch the virus on head rest for one hour.

I was in ridiculously bad luck before, so let me not increase the chance at least.

The virus has to get into your body through eyes, nose, or mouth to infect you. If you "touched the virus on the head rest for one hour" you would be fine.

To my way of thinking, everyone is going to get exposed to it eventually. We are on month 7, there is no sign of it stopping. It just goes on and on. Everyone waiting for the vaccine which may get here tomorrow or next summer.

Your chances of dying from an infection go up dramatically with age. 3/4's of the dead have been in people over retirement age, and about half of the deaths over the age of 75.

You want to protect yourself, load up on vitamins, especially vitamin D. Old folks are way low on it, and studies are showing that the dead were low. You need D to keep a healthy immune system.

Vitamins are cheap. Death is expensive. Stay healthy.
