I changed my post to "man" not "fellow monger" after realizing that the boyfriend was the one that died. Stil, a life was lost.
The happiest of endings would be if the monger had figured out a way to legally disembowel the girl too. If you are hosting an incall and I'm coming to see you for the first time AND no well known member has reviewed you and you pull a knife on me, sweetheart you just brought a knife to a gunfight.

Really sucks for her now that she's facing murder charges in her boyfriend's death in addition to the armed robbery charge. On top of that, this BP seeker walks free without so much as a solicitation charge I bet as should be the case.

I come packing more than condoms and a hard cock. I haven't meet any crazy bitches yet and hope to keep it that way. Just in case my hand is in my pocket not holding my wallet.

I'm totally ok with that and it should be ok for him to defend himself.
I feel for the guy now that he might have to face the music at home, if he actually does have a family. Tough situation right there.

Was asked by the tv reporter about what is to happen to the BP seeker, he said it is a second degree misdemeanor for solicitation but since it wasn't in their presence he can't do anything about it. Aka he walks free and lives to see another dream. Which makes sense cause he can just fight it in court saying he only wanted a clean massage or poem reading with a woman.
Has anyone been charged for solicitation? I've had a few instances where some girls would ask what I want or how much I'm willing to pay for sex, and I would just drive off / exit the scene.
What I'm trying to ask is can they charge you by just showing up to the scene? Perhaps if I asked for donation for time via text?
Thanks,
LMN.

He was cleared of any wrongdoing for simply defending himself, which so happened to result in someone's death. NOT a murder on solicitor's part, but rightfully so on the part of the now incarcerated female perpetrator.

LMN.
I have been charged with solicitation in the past as a matter of fact and you cannot be lawfully charged unless there is mention of payment for services either in person, text or phone conversation. An exception to this would be if you attempted to schedule a meeting with an undercover posing as a minor, which in that case money or no money you're fucked. In my situation, payment for services was discussed therefore that night did not end well for me let's just leave it at that.
Police can charge you with anything. With most misdemeanors they can't arrest you there and then, with some exceptions actually. Google Misdemeanor Exceptions. Basically police would file charges in you if they have enough probable cause, but wouldn't be able to arrest you right there and then because the crime is just a misdemeanor.
Now if they were doing a sting and you're actively breaking the law by meeting the elements of the crime then they can arrest you on the spot because it's occurring in their presence.
Felonies are a different story and they can arrest you for any felony charge as long as they have enough probable cause regardless if it occurred in their presence or not.

But in cases where you're just meeting qv for 100 roses, it's quite muddy what services are promised when little to nothing is promised except for time. Enough beyond reasonable doubt to charge?

I personally hate them and always have, and I was even an armed forces member with expert marksmanship, but still hate them. If you're needing to bring a gun to the situation, maybe you shouldn't be doing it. Just my opinion though.

Community service and a fine, and of course, unfortunate news on G. What I learned from that experience is to fight it no matter what, because they rarely have grounds to stand on. In this case, the woman offered "everything" for "100". Well, this is easy to get off as mentioned in another post, because. What is "everything" (no talk of sex or sex acts), and 100 what, 100 highfives, 100 cheeseburgers.
Solicitation is the charge of offering MONEY for SEX, remember that while playing this game gents. If sex and money are not defined, there is not violation. Looking at you sugar babies and your circumventing the law.

I think a few years back some goof in Lakeland offered an undercover posing as a street prostitute a 2 piece chicken dinner and was arrested.
