I had a pm from a member and thought I'd respond here. The guy apparently likes multi-hour appointments but has been ripped off after paying first. My best dates have been when the cash isn't moved until the end of the date. If I see a provider who demands cash first, I'm just paying the minimum and I'll take an option on anything extra. I negotiate, if she isn't interested in a little negotiating I'm not really interested. This doesn't mean I try and low ball every girl I see, I just put it out there what I'm looking for and how much I'm interested. I prefer to text for working out details, it works for me. Texting and waiting 15 minutes gets surprising results sometimes.

TL; DR Pay for the minimum and take an option on the extras. They'll earn it if they want it, if they don't want it you probably don't either.

I wouldn't even bother w rcc. As I said before nora is a moron and can't connect 2 people whose overpaying her for her piss poor service. She blames the girls but half the time she doesn't answer the phone or falls asleep or book girls that arent even working. Sure some of the pics look good but then you arrive at the smokey nasty roach motel and half the times they look nothing like their pics.

Remember all girls advertised through rcc are "independent". That means you can ask them for their numbers, meet them directly, and stop forking over half a girls rate for some half Ass playing phone operator.

Once you learn to prioritize and delegate, not to mention manage, then you can reinstate your rate. I don't know your background, but because you are not able to filter and prioritize calls and texts doesn't mean its not possible. It just means you are not effective at what you do. Maybe you should get a better phone, maybe you should invest in some better software. Maybe hire an unemployed secretary with experience managing phones, schedules, and offices. If you know you got a customer waiting, on the way, or sitting in the parking lot, then that customer should be your #1 priority but based on what I've read as well as my own experiences, that ain't the case. I believe after being stood up you've mentioned you were watching TV, kids, or sleeping. Clients and girls waiting be damned. You treat your customers like chumps. Maybe you just don't have a clue.

I don't think I ever seen a group with so many clients stood up, and girls sitting waiting.

I'm just saying if you are going to be in the managing business and take a big cut, then you may want to reevaluate your management strategy. Maybe you aren't cut out for this line of work.

I was hoping since you have so much experience that you'd run things for a day and make some suggestions on how we could handle things better. The offer still stands if you would seriously like to run things for a day, I'd really like to know what you can do to operate the business more effectively in action. I mean you have some great suggestions, so, show me. I am getting several PMs from others who are looking forward to the little experiment. Maybe you'd make things better for everyone with your suggestions after actually knowing what is going on? The ladies also look forward to it as well, they said they are willing to let you manage calls for a day so how about it?

If we "employed" girls and made big percentages then they would be a lot more accountable than what they sometimes are. But since we work for them, instead of them working for us, and we do NOT make big percentages, they are the ones who manage their own accountability.

Not sure where you get the assumption that I make 50% because obviously you don't know anything about our business or how it is managed, I don't get a percentage, that isn't how our business is set up at all, not even remotely. I wish I made that kind of cash. I don't watch T. V. And I have never fallen asleep on the phone, that is simply absurd. And what is even more absurd is that while I know who you are I do not recall you even EVER calling our business.

The only reason phones do not get answered or clients have to wait or call many times during rushes is because we are popular and it is too much for even an experienced secretary to manage. I've never made any untrue excuses or hidden the fact that we have phone issues, in fact I have many times in public and on here asked for suggestions and apologized and sought many solutions. If you call any successful business you will be placed on hold or have a wait, but yes, it has been a problem we are always attempting to find a solution for. The clients who actually have used our service know that anytime we have ever had a problem we promptly and at our expense (even though it may be the lady's fault) make up for it each time.

I'll offer up some suggestions and then let this thread die, as it seems to be futile.

1) instead of answering every calls, for a small investment, set up a phone answering system.

You manage the system by calling in and saying girls x why and z are working.

When clients call this service, they hear an automated message (ie a machine doing the grunt work) so 99% of the calls you probably get asking whose working, rates, specials, etc, are already there. To make it more secure, you can even add pin numbers to some of these systems if you are concerned about that.

If you don't want to pay for it, then you can even get them that run ads where they are no cost to you.

If someguy listens to the msg and wants to book a date, press 1. Then you only get calls for guys that listened to your pitch, and know whose working. You arent answering the same questions over and over.

Do the same through a website. Give your clients pin number's. Let them go to this website to see the schedule of whose working each day. If a girl shows up or unexpectedly leaves (update the website) , instead of leaving the client waiting in the parking lot. Most everyone has smart phones these days.

Let a computer do the work for you.

You can set up auto replies to text messages. Hell I can order a pizza, manage my bank account, or renew my insurance through text messages without ever having to speak to a human.

None of these configurations or setups are particularly expensive, but it will cost you time and / or money up front to set up and then you won't have to do as much work down the road.

2) if you got a client confirming hes driving to see you, get you a post it note, with the guys eta. When the guy makes the successful connection, throw that note away as you know it was successful, otherwise you got a post it note there saying, hey this dude is coming and hes just left hanging somewhere. If the girls hes coming to see isn't there, call the dude on the post it note saying, hey she aint here buddy, come back later, instead of leaving him hanging out to dry. It may be the girls fault, but since you are arranging, you are technically the one to blame, as thats what you are paid for. Bad customer service is your cross to bear.

Better yet, do this somewhere online. Hell google has post it notes or todo lists, so that way when I call one person, and set up something, and I call back 5 minutes and its a completely different person that has no clue what I'm talking about, you will all be on the same page.

3) if you got verified clients, give them an alternative to connect to the girl. Why do I get the same treatment as a newcomer. Give me the priority to book, or atleast a different way than clogged phone lines. Hell you can set up a chat system (that redirects to text msg) that lets me correspond directly to the girl (without me knowing her number, and without her knowing mine) , and you have the ability to monitor and audit any conversations to verify nobody is trying to bypass your reign of control.

Let me email the person scheduling (and have that email immediately acknowledged) either,"your dates booked","your dates scheduled" or some kind of out of office reply where we won't sit here waiting for a response that won't come until 2 days from now.

So yeah, theres you a few options. I know some of these have been tried with varying degrees of success before (or not followed through upon). But you want to know how to manage volume, theres you a few ideas and I'm not even going to charge you a consulting fee.
