I agree with the spirit of your post. Certainly there are many non-infected providers who will let you do FS bareback...many just aren't too bright or that concerned about their well-being. A lot of them don't have a whole lot to live for, so why not make a little extra dollars and just assume that nothing bad will happen? The human brain is great at denial and rationalizations.
