The key is to let the girl clue you in if she is a SW. If you walk up to them and say hello and make casual conversation they will usually clue you in. You can offer them a ride, but do not use the term "date". The term "date" has been used as the basis for "intent to solicit" in California.
The whole 'cop check' thing is kinda cute. But let's face reality boys, if you piss the cop off or the cop is an ass they are going to arrest you and write a non reality based police report. End of story. I agree with the conventional wisdom that you don't want to spend a lot of time talking to a SW through the window of your car. Since my target tends to be younger (18-24) very attractive SWs decoys tend to be less of a problem for me because they tend to be older and fugly - or plain at best. If you are paying less then 40 and 80 for a SW then you are getting something below 5 on the real world scale - which is fine, to each their own. But don't go saying stuff like 'if you pay more then 30 you are paying too much', just remember to say 'if you are paying more then 30 for a snaggled tooth worn out crack ho then you are paying too much'. I'm generally of the opinion that a girl of that caliber doesn't have enough money to pay ME to touch her.

yep -- in the 1980s or 1990s when there were dozens of SWs just waiting for a pickup. Here the places you'd most likely find SWs are in very sketchy neighborhoods where you are really taking your life in your hand trying to pick up that one or two SWs which happen to be on the stroll. In most Northeastern cities, they are using the cover of neighborhoods or industrial areas, having been chased away from business districts like Chinatown.
We no longer have a Combat Zone where bars and SWs are located in the same place. Even in Chinatown (where the combat Zone was), the drug dealers out number the SWs by more than 10:1 (assuming there are even SWs there to begin with, which is a rarity in itself).
So the idea that you will be walking down the boulevard checking out the merchandise like Starsky and Hutch -- forget it!
Even in San Diego the chances of that are slim, with SWs spread out by a 1/4 mile or more. There just aren't the concentrations of SWs like there used to -- we used to go to Chinatown after leaving Lansdown street clubs and walk around talking to the dozens of the SWs that would be there. Ain't happening no more.
Even in San Francisco -- which is the last place I can remember doing that with any luck -- the streets are so dry now that all you will find are "managers" and TVs. Actually it used to be a necessity to do it by foot for the visual inspection, because the streets were wide, the SWs were set way back, and 90% of the best options were dudes. Hizark knows what I am talking about -- there Calif scene is now dominated in some cities with armies of TS/TV Hispanic streetwalkers. In cities like San Francisco and Santa Barbara, that's all you'll find now.
Okay, I can think of one exception. Harbor Blvd in the O.C. The sidewalk is on the street side of the parking lot, and there is an active daytime stroll. So you park in the stripmall parking lot, walk out to the sidewalk and chat it up. A couple of spots on OBT in Orlando offer the same opportunity. But nothing like that around here.
Around here the reality now is that most street options are con artists and/or crack hos with the occasional gem thrown into the mix. Stick to your car unless you're skilled at evading pimps and crack hos (have you ever actually tried to get away from a crack ho on foot? You call that inconspicuous???)
Certainly everyone is entitled to their opinion, but if you want pragmatic advice do this:
1) however jonzing you might be from sex addiction and the naughtiness of it all, no SW is worth risking your life
2) SWs today rarely are found in areas you want to be walking around in
3) if you are pensive in the pickup; hesitating, slowing down, circling the block, negotiating through the window -- then you are begging to be busted
4) the safest way is to pull over definitively without hesitation; make your passenger seat available (or I typically go for the rear seats) -- and keep looking around you, at traffic, not not at her. You can make is a seamless pickup under the radar.
5) go 1-2 blocks before discussing sex or doing the "are you a cop" thing.
6) at this point, you're the boss -- if she is psycho or stinks or whatever, kick her to the curb. Otherwise, you're ready to negotiate.
And regardless of what you pay, it is negotiating. Every single SW wants to separate all of your money from you for nothing more than a smile. So getting her to do something as disgusting as sucking your dick (or mine) for even $50 let alone $20 or $30 -- that is a negotiation. Always enter that negotiation, just like any other, with optimal leverage.
Lastly, the idea that you are going to walk up to a streetwalker and use your detective skills to deduce whether or not she is a decoy -- forget that shit! By the time you get to Round Two of your clever questions, you're cuffed. You want to figure out if she's UC LEO? Let her hop in your car and drive two blocks. By that point, the only risk is that she is maggot-invested or a ROB. But no cop will do that.

I've had very good service from some attractive (7-9) 18-25 y/o's for .20 to .30. But then I'm known in certain areas as a very good regular if I like you. I make about 6 or 7 visits a week and have known girls to actually front me services if I'm short on cash. I've become very good friends with a few girls in my time, sometimes doing favors for them in return for services instead of cash exchanges. I've even had girls keep in touch with me years after they've stopped working and using.
If they see you as a friend instead of a "trick", you get all kinds of discounts and benefits (ie much better service in many cases). Fair enough, I will concede to a point -- but there are some stark environmental differences between So Cal and the Northeast. Would be curious, however, if you mean Main St in the city of El Cajon, or El Cajon Blvd in San Diego. I have never had luck on ECB. Just discovered this board a couple weeks ago. But I've been in the hobby for 15 years and counting now. I've also spent time driving for escort services, and independent providers, off and on over that time. I know what I'm talking about here. Clearly you (like most out there) have never managed to cross over from "trick" to friend in their eyes. I'm not saying it's easy to do, actually it is easy to do... but it does involve time and commitment. You can believe what I say or not, really doesn't matter to me. Just trying to help out my fellow hobbyists here. Others will not want to take the risks involved with being friends with a drug addict. Yes, 99% of the girls in this business are addicts. Some do more than others, some hide it better than others, but almost all of them are on one drug or another. I've read reviews of girls on TER and here that have said how the girl looked clean and drug free, and they've been girls that I know and know for a fact that they use.
As for where I find them, I have traveled all over, but spend most of my time in Brockton or Boston. Usually 3 or 4, just see them each 2 or 3 times a week. I wish I could find 6 or 7 around at once that meet my standards... but those days seem to be long gone. Two, it's certainly not that the cops are afraid to bust me. It's just that they can't prove my cover story is false, and I'm very careful to not get caught in the act. I will occasionally get BS traffic tickets if I've been driving around long enough though (6 over the last 15 years to be exact). I have been pulled over 3 times over the last 15 years while picking up a girl (bad timing). Twice the cops let me go, with the girl, based on my cover story. The third time the cop made me leave alone, and issued a summons for me to appear in court. However, after hearing my story, the judge dismissed the charge stating that I had in fact done nothing illegal.
My lawyer said that if my story was a fake, it's certainly an original one.

But if that's what you want, how about this one, someone who has been reviewed here before and even has pics posted. Cindy, 5'0" 100 lbs, she's 26 y/o now, was 19 when she started working in Brockton.
