Unless they are are posted sure things it's hard to know. If you have game and can find what they like thru messages it's easier.

Re: what to look for. Simple profiles, revealing but not too slutty of pics (those get banned quickly). If they have pages of rules or woowoo BS you'll pay dearly for anything.

The main thing is to actually try to create a connection. I never message in advance about extras as you may get banned, or at best will end up paying far more. $100 for a HJ? Yes, if you ask in advance. If instead you keep it very light / fun, connect and find some chemistry, make them feel safe, then slowly let nature take its course, you can sometimes have a wonderful experience for a far more reasonable rate. Also be willing to say you're flattered they trust you enough to even consider doing more but share you have to watch expenses and genuinely enjoy cuddling.

I don't try to negotiate down but I will decline until they come down in price and am fully willing to walk away. For me haggling quickly kills any attraction / mood. I never expect extras. I might enjoy some more intimate time if there's true chemistry (she's turned on as well) and the price is reasonable. YMMV.
