Just observing mostly and on occasion a post or two mostly in the melrose section or vegas. I can not believe how blatant everything is out there! Check it out as seniors are pretty sneaky and post many pix of available ladies on tropicana st west of the strip. Compared to much of the world, we are very backward on sex. My point is that mongers catch a lot of shit for their hobby. They can be arrested and heavily fined. They can be outed in the media. Intent is important, and probably the hardest to define. "Because I bought you dinner, we're going to have sex" with that intent known by both parties is different than wining & dining and ending up having sex. Another issue is who would know. The boss & secretary, the HS kids, they're the only ones involved, unless the HS girls is getting all her homework done this way with different students, or the boss has multiple secretaries.

So if you are cruising out south then a sticker from the south burbs would not be uncommon. In chi on the northwest side like cicero ave as mentioned I would think harwood or norridge would not be questioned and of course if you are city proper no worries on any. Also the main thing is don't be so obvious in your maneuvers meaning some areas have no crusing signs and site the incraction right on the sign. I like to have a reason for being in the area. I am sure fuzz will know and think it's bulls*it, however really if the place is open like say menards on north and I am heading in that direction at least it's possible.
