Found Taylor walking along the bike path part of the road, her hair shorn short. So I posed the logical question, "how did Broadway become such a waste land in the past few years while K Avenue continues business as usual?" In just her opinion, she thought the increased police presence on Broadway has chased the whole scene off the streets into the internet, and in her case, over to K Avenue. Not to suggest she is right or an expert, but it holds merit.

But life is great when you can get a bonafide deep throat special (with spit) for a mere Jackson. Afterwards, I ask her, "Where did you learn how to do that?" And her answer, watching porn on the internet. A monger's dream would be that these girls carried credentials as to their blowjob skills so we have some sort of verified assurance that the experience is worth the price of admission. Kensington has lots of 24 hour stores that remain open to sell people food and drug paraphernalia. Kensington has the EL train that serves to transport people without transportation in and out of Kensington and the EL also serves as cover for the homeless during inclement weather.

Kensington is located in a residential area that actually has a underground market that caters to people who come to the area to buy and use drugs. You need a room to rent daily / weekly / monthly no problem. You need a room to rent for the hour no problem.

Kensington also has the OK obviously from the higher ups in the city to allow a certain amount of crime / drugs to go on. Last I knew they just let what goes on in Kensington to keep it contained in Kensington. If they start coming down on drug addicts and dealers it will just go somewhere else in the city which is what you don't want especially if it goes into tourist areas or upper middle class areas.
