Obviously, they care about their work and reputations, and want to improve the experience. So, the forums act two-fold. Next time I visit, they will be on their "A" game, and better service is better for us. We see the ladies, they don't know our user IDs, so it's not like they will be vindictive the next visit. How is this a losing situation?
