But no, they're worried about non violent massage parlors. That's what lousy leadership looks like.

Wanted to finish out my time with a trip to Racine this week. As noted, came in on Washington and a police car was in the driveway with a cop standing at the door of Head Spa. Continued downtown and found Relax East closed with a sign in the door. Closed for health reasons.
Anyone know what happened? Nothing on scanner sight or news outlets. If it was a bust, wouldn't they claim the trafficking route and praise themselves for a job well done? Curious if anyone has any info on the closures outside of zoning disputes. Unless that's what it was.

Head has one camera you can see on the corner of the front entrance for parlor residence. The other house has one by the garage and who knows the ones I didn't spot. Hopefully they were closed loop with a delete after 24 hours as they may have me a few times over the week.

My gut feeling is Racine, Mount Pleasant and Racine County just wants them gone. Who knows? Who complained? It was probably a joint operation between local and state agencies. They may have sent investigators to all these places and were offered special services and went to the Wisconsin agency that oversees massage parlor licensing discussed the legality of these operations and decided it was less disruptive for all to close the doors?
If these places were in business this long, and suddenly they're closing them all for illegal services, how would that make LE look?? Would it make them look like they turned a blind eye to what the community is more concerned about? And then, for how many years? I mean let's face it. Who in the community gives a damn if they're licensed or not? That's just an easy way out.
Just remember this, It is not illegal to get a massage. And, as we've seen in some Nationwide news stories, it has to be a hell of a warrant to put a camera in the room. Nobody knows what went on in that room besides you and her. And unless you get pulled over for a taillight bulb out get questioned about your last stop and you start spilling the beans, you are safe. I doubt any girls are going to pick us out of a police lineup or photo album and say "Yes, he's a regular L3 customer". These girls are not trafficked. That's a facade. They go where they want, when they want. When things slow down and their popularity wanes, they're gone. Some drive, this gives them independence. Kiki was a great example. She must have had an intuition that something was wrong.

Mainly was talking to her about how I thought she would be busy with all the spas. She threw alittle shade which I had to choke back a laugh. "They work with no license. " Made me laugh alittle once she left for the oil.
Thats when something clicked. She comes back with oil and says something I couldn't hear all the way because it was half mandarin and last word was "release. " So I'm thinking to myself "dumb ass guy thinks he is getting a release. " So I was like "ehh" when I heard that. The oil comes out and it's nice. Then hot towel which on how cold the day was. Hot oil and hot towel, fucking amazing.
After the towel comes the flip. So trying to be as respectful as I can. I hold the towel in place as I flip. But given the circumstances. Richard was awake. Tented towel and that's when she chuckled and asked if it was ok. "Well why not?" She broke out the oil again and did an amazing job. Not rough at all and responsive when I told her to slow down.
By the end, I got a nice scalp massage and before I left I was asked about why don't more people come out if she is the only release place open. Had to tell her, everyone is broke. The only reason I came in is because I had some extra money from a bonus.
