Interior: The decor and floor layout is done nicely.

Entry is normally $10 – but I clipped a free entry coupon from the Daily Breeze. There is a one drink minimum—but it's only $3.00 a pop. All drinks are fountain drinks (sodas, bottled water). No 'non-alcoholic ' beer available.

Chatted with one of the dancers. The management is experienced, and they broke out their Rolodex to recruit dancers with experience. On stage, all of them knew how to work the pole. No lazy dancers here. Two dance set on stage: one semi, one nude.

Basic Private Dance = $20; occasional 2-4-1 specials. YMMV.

The register in OC has about a half page on massage places in the sports section- love the free market- criticize an activity, but take their money- kind of like politicians LOL.

Also, tell these girls to cut off the perfume. It really sticks to you, and you need a change of clothes and shower before going home to the S. O. If one of these clubs offered no smells, they get a lot of the guys with S. O. 's- OK, off the soap box.

Went to KH last night. The girls seemed to be in a horrible mood. Not a lot of lookers, I wanted Couture really bad but she was stuck on one guy. Red Bone was pretty cute also but she kept ignoring me. The waitress kept trying to push for drinks which was kind of annoying because I wouldn't be halfway done with my drink an she was already coming and asking.

He passed last night. His family was around him. I had many conversations & fun times with STICKS. He loved the band KISS. What a great man & a true class act. I met him in King Henry's for the first time about seven years ago. He allways told it like it is. He never pulled punches & he really wanted people to succeed & be the best they can be.

I've been to KH8 twice already since I moved back to LA. KH8 seemed to look more plush compared to how I remember when I used to live in Hawthorne about a decade ago. Told the bartender I wanted to buy BC a drink, but he wasn't in yesterday. Saw about 3 or 4 bald guys in there yesterday and none of them were Baldy Cruiser. Had my eye on Black Pearl but ended up choosing Trish since Black Pearl was occupied with one of the bald guys mentioned above. Trish looked and smelled great. My first time partaking in a lapdance at KH8 to that caliber. Ended up having to withdraw more cash from the atm near the restrooms. I definitely prefer more room to work it (and more privacy) , so Trish hooked me up with her digits. Saw Flava, but she changed her hair. Liked that big hair Chaka Khan look she had going on last week a lot more better. Didn't see Amazing yesterday, but it could be that I left too early. Met Cici for the first time yesterday also. Definitely plan to head back again soon.

Black Pear looked to have the better dancing skills but was too busy and I didn't want to wait. The private dances run $15 a song plus whatever you tip. So if you want to pay for less songs it's a matter of how fast you can bust one. Trish asked for $80. Not sure what the going rate is at KH8. I'll do a search and adjust what I pay the next time so as not to affect the price standards set before me. Been going to Tijuana for years, so this was a nice change of pace trying something different closer to home. A booth isn't really my thing, but definitely a good start in terms of arranging something otc later.

Checked out Starz and it wasn't exactly the weekend but still a nice crowd. Plenty of nice looking ladies. Got a dance from Black Diamond and glad I did. She still gives one of the best tug jobs around upstairs but she got to the point of asking for a higher "tip" after the act. It wasn't that much more so I didn't say anything about it. I even thought it was for one song. Dancer kept going. I explained that to the dude in the parking lot and he understood and took what I had.
