The obvious was not done initially, which lead to the large numbers of reported deaths, which are inflated numbers anyway. NY has as many claimed deaths as the lowest reported 25 states combined. Thank God Trump got us a vaccine rather than shutting everything down like Biden plans to do. At least now the most vulnerable can have a degree of protection rather than being cut off from their families waiting to die alone. The numbers also show not only are the elderly the ones at real risk, but especially those locked away in nursing homes. Anyone who is healthy and relatively young but is worried they're going to die of corona is a nut. The numbers just don't show it, all the mask wearing is stupid. If you're at risk stay home. The idiots wearing masks alone in their cars take the cake though LOL.

Or is anyone else think when a provider charges $200. $300 or $400 for a 1 hour session and say "tips appreciated" are they nuts getting that kind of money up front with no real skills or education (like a Dr.) there is no way I tip them usually I don't even call them.

So, before this very recent roll out of the vaccine, the people around the elderly in nursing homes the most were the staff. Who are these people? They're young and not particularly qualified workers, not nurses for sure. There is maybe one real nurse and one real doctor around most of the time. The whole point of the nursing home is they're not hospitals and are so much cheaper. The nursing home workers are likely making minimum wage, and to make a living on that, they have multiple jobs, at multiple nursing homes. So, even if they weren't going to even get sick or die from the disease, they could (and did) definitely transmit it from one patient and one home to another. There are lots of reasons to wear a mask, of course you are correct, alone in one's car or at home, they are useless.

But beyond that he also pulled back all the red tape. So basically the free market works.

They went through every bit of regulatory approval required, because it was in the hands of the FDA and the CDC. It is true it was record time, but that was because 1) the new technology is very much amenable to that and 2) manufacturing was proceeding before efficacy was proved. These companies were working on this vaccine well before there was Operation Warp Speed. The technology has been in development for decades. I don't think Trump will get the Nobel Prize in Medicine for this.

Can some one explain how a review with this phrase is any different than a review without this phrase? Is anyone getting sued because they didn't use this caveat to their review?

To the casual observer, it's like ending every sentence with etc. Isn't it just assumed that every review may not guarantee the next guy will have same experience? Or maybe it means something different?
