Not only that, but you did it at a time when the word on the street should have let you know things were hot. You know, Jackson is just like any other city. You can get busted here, but you can in Memphis, too. You protect yourself and don't allow yourself to slip into sloppy habits. Everyone knows CL is off limits at the moment and BP is about worthless anyway. ******** may or may not be any safer, but there are other places, like here, that are much safer places to advertise. I hate to say this, but you sort of set yourself up with your habits. You tend to spam the shit out of CL wherever you go. Hell, it stands to reason that when LE is doing their dirty work, they're bound to hit on someone who has multiple adds on a daily basis. They probably figured you were so desperate you do anything. Please don't blame Jackson for your sloppiness. I can assure you that there are providers working here every day that never have any encounters with LE at all, but they are diligent in their screening practices. Baby Doll comes down here regularly and I'll guarantee you she'll never have a problem. She knows how to screen and doesn't make exceptions. I think that's the key. Occasionally, you do have to turn a date down, whether you like it or not. When your spidey senses go off, it's time to hang the phone up. Us mongers do all the time. If it doesn't seem quite right, it probably isn't and certainly isn't worth it.

Additionally, smart providers don't work out of Jackson, anyway. There are much safer places in the suburbs that are out of their jurisdiction. Jackson has a vice unit. The burbs don't. Makes a ton of difference from a safety standpoint. As I said, you should have known better. But, please don't discourage others from visiting us just because you got sloppy and suffered some grief. I'm sure you learned enough not to allow it to happen again and most quality providers know that, too. You can get arrested anywhere, but you can also lessen the odds just by exercising the rules you've known all your life. Hopefully, you realize us mongers do our best to protect you, as well, however we can't protect you from yourself. From what I gather, just about everywhere is pretty hot right now. Probably from Bush leaving office, but it's all the more reason to exercise as much caution as you can. Our little hobby will be around long after the heat is gone. We just need to be careful while it's on.

I'm sorry you suffered the heat and hope it doesn't happen again, but it might and you might be in NO, or BR, or Here, or anywhere USA. Face it, it just a tax and part of the cost of doing business. It's never pleasant, but it's not the end of the world, either. I don't think Jackson's any worse than any place else. Just my opinion and I could be wrong, but I keep my guard up and have never encountered any problems at all while mongering and I'm fairly active in the hobby.

If you don't a simple mistamenor turns to a felony for crossing state lines, and if any one knows if you get busted where you go to a cops room you get a prostitution charge well it's so crazy there they didn't get me with the prostitution but they did charge me with solicitation and got 1500 off me and then wanted a 500 cash bond and gave me no release papers and told me to nerver come back. , and towed my car but gave it back for 250 so yeah I'm threw with Jackson!

I'm pretty sure she never did "clear" me, because after a few calls I never heard back from her, so if any of you that know me, also know her, do me a favor and let her know in case I happen to try contacting her again.

After it was all said and done, I dreamed that I ran into Trinity Snow, who was very pleasant and accomodating. Although I had read and heard about her before, this was the first time our dreams crossed. Well worth the visit, I look forward to dreaming about her again (and since variety is the spice of life, I also hope to hear from chere sometime once she has "verified" me :-)

Wow. I didn't realize all you went through. I see that was one expensive trip and I'm certainly sympathetic with your plight. I wasn't trying to say it wasn't hot down here, just trying to point out that things can be done to reduce the risk. Face it, it's a risky business by nature and probably always will be. To be perfectly honest, with what I read around here, Memphis would scare the hell out of me as an out of towner right now. I'm afraid if I came up, I'd only risk seeing providers I know I can trust. Since I enjoy variety, that sort of takes some of the fun out of it. I realize traveling exposes additional risks to all of us, but information is golden. If I haven't learned anything else of value in this hobby, I've certainly learned that there is safety to be had among us as long as we share what knowledge we have. Even though we might not always go to the trouble to thank others, I really appreciate everything you folks share. I know some of you have helped me stay out of trouble at one time or another and I hope I have, as well. I wasn't trying to put you down at all Chere and I hope others didn't take it that way. My comments were aimed in a totally different direction and if you took them personal, I do apologize.

I guess it isn't surprising to find out the Sheriff's DP is involved as well, as the Jackson police chief and Hinds Co. Sheriff are actually one and the same (Malcolm McMillin). As a result, CL in Jackson is basically dead. It is definitely best that anyone who decides to visit here should stay away from CL and screen very carefully.
