You are calling when I am with a client, in which case my phone is always on silent so that the client has my undivided attention. I check my phone after every session to see if I have missed any calls or have any new voicemails. If you don't leave me a message I can not return your call. 2.) If you are somebody who has scheduled an appointment with me before and then not shown up for it I most likely have your number saved as such and I therefore will not answer your calls. If you stand me up I am not going to schedule another appointment so it can happen again. This costs me time and money.
If you are not a regular of mine and I do not have your number then I apologize you are having trouble getting ahold of me.
