There's no unwritten rule, but if a monger has only a few postings, and they're all questions, it's unlikely that he'll get much of a response. The best way to get the respect of the oldtimers is to contribute experiences.

try searching this forum for that and you'll find some helpful hints; I did and it took a lot of time and $$ to get what I get now.
Another note....it will be hard to find a lot of oriental girls (esp. in AMPs) who would be willing to do that, unless you willing to come up with $$$$$ in serious kala. Some of the CL / BP / Eros providers may do that, but they also charge a lot.
