It can be. There are parts of SB that this is a given, how close to SFR were they? The further from SFR, the more likely that they are UCLE, especially closer to Universal City.

I've been cruising SB over the past 4 nights and there are a lot of LE out. Very few girls walking around and if you did see any LE would be quick to stop and question them. I did a drive by last night and saw a Grey Chevy Impala pulling random cars over. 2 bsw's where in handcuffs near the motel 6, and further up by Saticoy popo had a guy on the side walk cuffed and ready to be stuffed.
Looks like there are stings going on in there part of town. Be careful guys!!!

I actually live on Sepulveda between Sherman Way and Vanowen and SWs are definately out there - LE as well.
The only time I don't see the cops is before 7pm -- up until then, there's quite a bit to choose from (esp. near the carwash next to McDonald's on Sherman Way).
Was waiting for a bus at Sepulveda & Vose at 5pm the other day and 3 were just leaving the No-Tell together, another was circling the area with her Pimp, and a 5th (super slim and super hot) was walking toward Vanowen.
Was with the kids so partaking was out of the question, but it could have been very easily done.
Oh yeah, I know the car wash you talking about. What time are you referring to though because I've been cruising down SB late in the evening (11pm or later) quite a few times and have not seen anything to be honest with you.

Cruised SFR today around 6:00, a couple of BSW near lankershim and SFR but nothing to get excited about. Lately, I seen a few SW further down on Lankershim near the apartments at Webb and Lankershim.
Has anyone dated this chick, I have seen her on SFR several times lately (last 2 - 4 months) and I found this on backpage.
