Still others could be a Fawn Lake resident at an AMP so $200 is nothing. Inflation is also pushing prices up, can't keep printing money with no consequences.

I think in the end market forces will eventually determine who gets to upsell to those ridiculous rates. If the provider services aren't up to par, no more high dollar visits. Caveat with Michelle, she has a known history of negotiating a pretty high price for what you could probably get elsewhere cheaper, but guys still do it with her so it must be something, right? Frankly, I'd always been a little curious, but not that curious, but even still I'll shell it out for a once in a while splurge. Example, I recently saw a Korean therapist a little further north and she wanted $. 2 for a totally naked CBJ finish.
