Making something illegal doesn't stop it. It just makes it more shady and invites those that would take advantage of others. Look at the Bunny Ranch. Those women are probably loving that situation. The owner is making money. The state is probably making money in taxes. It is probably way less unlikely that those women are part of a white slave ring. They just have to make it illegal to run a brothel without a license. And if you have a license then you could get audited. It would suck for us in some ways because rates would go up, but at least we wouldn't have to worry about getting robbed / mugged / arrested. I think over all it would be a win win win. Its legal to get a colonic cleaning and pay to have a stranger stick a device in your rear, but its illegal to pay that same stranger to stick a different device in your rear (if you're into that, LOL). Its legal to have sex with multiple strangers for free, its legal to meet women / man in the club buy her gifts or dinner then have sex. Its illegal to have sex with the same person if you cut out the dinner or the club.
