Again I tend to date street girls / addicts / no-pros etc. This was also years back I don't think this was really a spot back then I probably just happened to catch her leaving the gas station or something. [/QUOTE]I saw another 2 girls again yesterday. They were walking around Arco 1:30-3 am and then just disappeared. Usually walk together but not actively waving like the girls closer to beach / ball. It looks like they are just walking Shell-Arco-Wendys and back.

Don't you need to have a car inspeciton and some additional documents for that?
Yes, vehicle inspection once a year. They do not verify special insurance requirements. Just Don't get into an accident with a passenger LOL. Another easy way is to do the fake uber driver. Find someone with a sticker or buy the lights on amazon. Uber eats doesn't require an inspection so you can work the app. I've never seen a cop on beach pull over an uber driver after picking up or dropping off a girl. Loiter near the girls, make eye contact and hopefully they come to you. If cops stop you, show them your uber app, and just say you're here to make money, not throw it away LOL. I've had girls (both walkers and homeless) see my car stickers and ask for a free ride, and next thing we're fucking in my backseat LOL.

I was at the 7-Eleven on Lincoln and Beach and lying on the sidewalk around the 7-Eleven was an older, blonde, white woman named Deirdre (sounds like deer-druh). I offered to buy her something from 7-Eleven, and she wanted a rice crispy treat and a coke. Bought her that and sat down next to her talking about life for around 15 minutes. Cockroaches were climbing up and down the walls of the 7-Eleven -- it was nasty. She was born and raised in Newport Beach, on the peninsula, one block away from the beach. Another riches-to-rags story.
She tells me she's there hoping to make a few bucks tonight and asks me if I date.
