There haven't been any girls allowed in front of the Barakat for months. Then that day, these 2 were blatantly hanging in front. Police cruiser pulls up. He gets placed in and one of the plainclothes get in the dudes pick up and drives it off. Quick and clean with no fuss no scene. (this is borderline creepy secret police shit).

The thing to be careful about is that vice is scattered about the area of operation so it's difficult to tell who is who in the area. A bum can appear legit but in actuality, it's vice in disguise.
