The definition of entrapment is someone doing something that would entice you to do something you normally wouldn't do. It is the reason they can use a bait car and it be legal. So in court the woman would have to prove that if the officer did not call her she would not be having sex for money to which all a the would have to show is that she is advertising so obviously she is open for business.
