That's better than just finding cheap immigrant Latinas who now charge 10 x what they did at their home. There is a good reason why AC is fully booked at much higher rates. Not saying that's the only model that works, but it works well and the quality is super. Use the same approach for any level or type of provider you recruit, stay honest, treat customers and girls right.

AC is obviously one of the better ones.

Fun side story: When I was in NYC, I was looking forward to seeing a Japanese that I've seen before, but unfortunately she didn't make it to town before I left.
