Headed out for a quick cruise, the usual Mile Stretch to the bridge. Recently it has been very quiet and I wasn't wanting to make a project of finding a girl, so I figured I'd scoop the first one I came across. First lap into NPR saw a thicker blonde getting ready to cross 19 from Cross Bayou. Looped around to the Sunoco figuring she'd be there or walking there. After a few minutes she finally came walking along the sidewalk. It was Trish, in her usual short shorts and tank top. Figured I'd scoop her for a quick go and then be on my way. Well, I couldn't have looped around River Rd any more times with her staring me down and waving but never walking or looking back there. I guess being zonked out on something causes lack of coherence, who would have thought. Before I became too obvious I decided it was time to get out of NPR and head back south.
I noticed a blonde walking across 19 down Moog. Wasn't sure if she was walking so spun around and headed down Moog. Pulled a few streets ahead and waited for her. As she got closer I noticed her stop and just stare towards my car. That's the universal body language for "I'm not a working girl, go away creeper". I'm sure we've all had that moment during our travels and cruising. I didn't want to turn onto Moog towards her as I felt kinda awkward already. Virtually no action this evening all the way from Bonita to Hudson Ave. Saw Sheryl around Main St but that was it. She was looking for her knife she said, and was looking in all the sewer grates. She got picked up by a truck and dropped at the hospital a minute later. Saw Gator and Tori about the same time on opposite sides of 19, just north of Gulf. I don't think Tori crosses to the East side of 19 often, I never see her on that side. They both were only seen once. Also an older white blonde that I didn't recognize. She looked a bit disheveled more than strung out. Walking around with a huge purse, looked a little uncertain of things. Saw her a few times around Sunoco and Gulf.

Analogies are good, and not just because of the first 4 letters. Like she's a cannon ball rolling down a mountain. I was amazed at how fast the whole processed work. They sent her out in front of Publix she got in the car, they pulled the monger over. Did not take them away in cuffs rather gave them a citation to appear.
Two white unmarked impalas and one unmarked f150 working together. Kinda made my stomach hurt. However if you play by the rules you shouldn't ever have any problems. I could tell by looking at her that there was no way she was a walker. I snapped one shot of a poor monger that feel for this shit! One monger made it up the road near floramar but they quickly pulled him over.

Unbelievably dangerous for the decoy but I think they're starting to employ this tactic here because of how well they can control a situation. The time between pick up and pull over is < 1 minute. So there was no booking. Rather they gave them a citation to appear. So they will still be charged after there court date! It is a very common practice with LE. It is not a major offense unless they had something else like a suspended license or warrant. I am 100% sure this was a prostitution sting and they where not writing up multiple parking tickets in the parking lot of publix with three undercover units. Take it for what it is I was just trying to give a heads up as to be careful as this was the first a Saw of a decoy get in the car.

Strange, as much as NPRPD does to try to show the community they're serious about these girls / mongers, you'd think the last thing they'd want to do is give out citations and keep it from the media.

They where giving out CITATIONS as I stated in the original report. This is very common especially for Pasco. Why would they want to flood the Jail with 20 people for Misdemeanor's? Especially after they just did a sting a few weeks ago. Citations to appear in court is literally the same thing as an arrest just never booked in the Jail. You have a court date and will be charged accordingly. If a no show than a warrant goes out. Pasco does many more stings than are reported on the news and media.
Really makes you think about how many men use provider services. They would probably make more money by taxing or "permits" for SWs / escorts than they currently make arresting.

Its funny normally when they do the traditional sting I just assume that they won't do another for quite some time but that blows that out of the water. I never would have thought they would get in a car though.
