I've been to quite a few of the Kentlands spas and others in MoCo as well, and it looks like most of these places offer a soft massage, with PM play and an HJ finish by a granny. I don't see the appeal of this kind of service.
The places I'd recommend for a quality (deep tissue, strong pressure) massage in MoCo would be:
Legit only:
- Angel Foot Spa, Gaithersburg.
- YY Wellness, Rockville.
- CC Wellness, Bethesda
Great massage + HJ finish:
- Ageless Health.
- Advanced Health and Bella Spa, both Rockville: both have the same owner. Great massage from Annie and Magali (BBW Latina) - Advanced Health used to have disgusting sheets. Bella seems cleaner.
Attractive masseuse + decent massage + HJ finish:
- Bethesda Therapeutic: Russian therapists. Lena is a BBW, I find Sasha very attractive.
If you can, my recommendation would be to drive down to the many options in NoVa instead.

Prenatal rubs by male masseurs, couples experiences. I could be wrong but I tend to stay away from those kind of reviews cause they scream legal. I could be wrong.

IHeart in K-lands now requires customers to wear oversized shorts and rather weird a-shirt, massage is done over it. Which effectively means there is no massage. Please tell me it is punishment for this particular location for having cum stains on the ceiling and not a county-wide policy.

Visited ageless. Lili, the front desk lady, was my provider.
Lots of teasing, I thought she was going to digitally penetrate.

Ah yes Christina! I had a feeling everyone was referring to her when saying receptionist. I had a pleasure of her as masseuse back in 2021 before she took leave and was strictly receptionist for a long while. She is probably top masseuse second if not first to Selena. It felt like jello and when she went to clean it off she missed half of it, she told me leave underwear on but I don't wear any and she didn't say anything.
