My buddy went to a private clinic (one of the doc in a box places) and gave his PO box, got a shot in the ass and all was well. No letters, no calls. I'm not sure what counts for this. Did you go to the county health dept? In that case, I'd say you leave yourself wide open.
I have had some first hand experience. First was with the county health department for salmonella just as described below. Some time later I had some unsettling symptoms after a uncovered oral dream. Dreading the probability of what I suspected was going on I knew I needed to make a medical visit. I went to a clinic I had never been to, not to my regular doc. I was too scared for that. Confidential does not mean anonymous, by the way. There is no way I want my name in any state database like this. The doc took some pity on me and made the diagnosis urethral inflammation or something similar, and wrote me two Rx that cleared everything up promptly. I feel I got lucky that time. It was quite some years ago. Now with the drug resistant strains of STD's out there they may be less inclined to do what was done for me. Also, since the time this occurred there have been many advances in patient data sharing between doctors and pharmacies. If this were to happen now, it's quite possible it would be in a record accessible by any doctor you see. I say this because I have considered any such future visits will be under a fictitious name and paid by cash without insurance. I'm fairly sure medical insurance is the means for much or all of this data sharing.
Since that time I have traveled out of state to get routine tests (no symptoms, no treatments needed) in a locale that has true anonymous tests. Lucky for me it's usually coincided with work travel. It's been a while since I've looked into it, but IIRC the nearest anonymous state to NC is WV. CA is also anonymous.

Knock on wood All the girls I've seen thus far have been clean. These days it's pretty easy to get tested. There are plenty of online companies that does STD testing and you can even pick up a test at Walmart. Only test for Herpes if you have symptoms of it. One was modified slightly with a word change here and there. Another was assigned to an entirely different provider than I had originally reviewed. Also dates were changed to make the reviews appear more current. IMHO, very shady practices. For those reasons I refuse to support them.

Anyone know if they are widely used. I had a hard time making contact today and yesterday with anyone so I had me wondering. Enough that I tried to search lists and my own number. I found nothing but it's still in the back of my mind. I've never made anyone mad enough to put me on it, except one girl a few years ago and maybe A2 if he has my number (sorry, I'm better now). I do have same number for years and not google or burner, (I know I know) even considered getting a tracfone to see if anyone replied to that. Luckily lana texted back. She fell back asleep. Some days you can't get a girl to respond at all. Or if they do, it's hours (or even days) later. I have gotten in the habit of texting at least 3-4 girls when I want to play. In my dreams, the two are complete opposites. Most AMPs have been big massage with a little fun and hotel girls have been big fun and little massage. AAMPS can be a mix and generally whatever the client wants.
Tougher to get visited by LEO at a hotel since all it takes is a written complaint and investigation by the MT board to shut down an AMP.

The green eyed girl on appliance with no name and no reviews texted back a single word at 9 pm, I texted at 1030 am. I also had a voicemail from a restricted number I assumed was a scam call and didn't answer. Tired sounding woman said hello hello and then was talking to someone else in background said of herself " I might as well be dead". Now THAT sounds like a fun time, LOL.
