The cop did you a favor, you didn't get charged with solicitation of a prostitute. If I lived on the beach and showered naked in my own bathroom leaving my window open doesn't mean that I've violated this statute.

If you were getting a BJ, outside of the car in an alley then yes. Since you were inside your car, your own private space you should be ok.

Think about it, I expose my dick all the time when I take a piss in the bathroom, but if I take a piss behind a Bush then that's a different story. Hope you get my point.

If you are assigned to go to traffic court for your ticket it will be treated as any other municipal code violation. You will be allowed to pay the fine and walk away. You caught a big break by not being put through the wringer for prostitution. I know you are nervous but nothing will come of it.

If that's even a remote possibility then it's worth it to me to have a lawyer present.

On one day when the traffic judge was cranky and almost everyone was found guilty, the six defendants who brought lawyers were able to get supervision. A good lawyer will be able to plead a lesser offense or get you supervision on a lesser charge which protects your record and eliminates the sex offender threat. I wouldn't be cheap about this. Get a good lawyer and get it over with.

Don't pay it, don't plead guilty. As others said, you risk the possibility of having to register as a sex offender, or if doesn't, it's going to go on your record and lessen the likelihood of future employment. It'll show up in a simple background check.

How much is that worth?

I'm in town for a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what areas I should be avoiding. I'm not too familiar with Chicago, and I'd rather not wander into a bad area by accident.

Going to see one of my regulars, early so did some business groceries, bank, gas, etc, walk by one of my new girls in the store, she and I both notice each other, she is hard to get a hold of and lives 30 seconds from the one I suppose to meet I felt she was alone and should talk to her but I know better. In both cases they go non-legit with me. By the way these are foot spas with curtains and 3/4 walls. No doors. There are two stories. One time I saw one girl "S" at the house on on her day off (while the other was working). Thrill seeking I guess. They each had different days off, and I would also go to the spa to see one girl always on the other girl's ("A") day off. Of course one day they both are working (and I did not know it and scheduled an appointment with "S".) and to make matters worse the receptionist sends the wrong girl ("A") in to see me. It was really hard to get either one speaking to me after that. But finally did.

The other story is another girl ("J") moved into the house. We are seeing each other at the second spa and FS-ing on her day off at a nearby motel. Luckily her day off is Wednesday while "S" day of is Tuesday. I pick up "S" to give her driving lessons in my car. (To be fair she does have a learner's permit, but she does not drive very well at all. Can't drive a straight line!) But I dread the day when they figure out they are both seeing me. "S" will surely drive my car into a tree, and "J" will cut my throat.
