I reached out week before through email no response basically a waste of time and there line up changes a lot so I would say a week out is too soon. I ended up texting and emailing the day prior with all my P411 info and reference and the agent ended up calling me and asking me for a screen shot of my I'd with my info covered up and business card, did not do it and sent p411 info and my name on TER and he just asked who I wanted to see, I had to explain that I wanted to see someone the next day and he made me feel like I was wasting his time.
